Our Program Director completes thorough consultations with every new client to ensure your program addresses your specific needs. Your 1-hour consultation includes a tour of the facilities, a meeting with your trainer, and an in-depth discussion about your health and fitness goals.

Our programs are designed for every client, meaning no two training plans are the same. Our programs significantly improve fitness level, strength, balance, and confidence in older adult clients. Our greatest priority is ensuring that you have the most effective and safe exercise program possible.

Individual Sessions

Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to develop your customized program designed specifically for you!
One-on-one training sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts, where your trainer will monitor every move to ensure you are doing exercises correctly, safely, and getting the best workout possible.

Group Sessions

Our group sessions allow two or more clients to train together with one personal trainer and a trainer's assistant. Sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts designed for 2-4 people to participate together. Group sessions allow clients to be accompanied by their exercise buddy to motivate and have fun together!
