Our Program Director completes thorough consultations with every new client to ensure your program addresses your specific needs. Your 1-hour consultation includes a tour of the facilities, a meeting with your trainer, and an in-depth discussion about your health and fitness goals.

One-on-one training sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts, where your trainer will monitor every move to ensure you are doing exercises correctly, safely, and getting the best workout possible.
Paired Sessions
Our paired sessions allow two or three clients to train together with one personal trainer and a trainer's assistant. Sessions are 60-minute supervised workouts designed for 2-3 people to participate together. Paired sessions allow clients to be accompanied by their exercise buddy to motivate and have fun together!

In-depth Consultation
Integrated Evaluation $150.00
Our Integrated Assessment is the perfect starting point for fitness training, combining your first personalized training session with a comprehensive review of your goals, health history, and current physical performance. During your first appointment, you’ll complete an InBody scan, a resting PNOE assessment, and a full movement evaluation including gait analysis, balance testing, and grip strength measurement. We will use this information to create a training plan tailored to your body and your needs from day one. Your first actual training session will be scheduled on a separate day and is included in the price.

PNOE Metabolic Testing
At Ageless Fitness, our PNOE metabolic testing offers a refined, science-based look at how your body performs at rest and during exercise. This advanced assessment helps us better understand your metabolism, calorie needs, fuel utilization, and cardiovascular efficiency so we can personalize your fitness and wellness plan with greater precision.
PNOE testing includes both a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test and a VO2 Max test.
InBody 580 Body Composition Analysis
At Ageless Fitness, our InBody 580 body composition analysis gives you a precise, non-invasive look at what’s really happening beneath the surface.
